MSc in Physics at Sapienza University of Rome. She gained significant experience in solar-terrestrial interactions, radio-communication, ionosphere monitoring and modeling at equatorial and high latitude regions. She has been principal investigator for several Italian and international projects.
She has been chair of the Commission G (Ionospheric Radio and Propagation) of the International Union of Radio Science (URSI), and currently chair of the Italian URSI Commission G. She has been tutors of PhD students and is author or co-author of over 100 papers and conferences proceedings.
